Seeking an experienced interior crew to join an exciting new build performance cruiser.

This is a rare opportunity to become part of a program with accomplished and respectful owners who have previous experience working with crew and global cruising. Supported by an established Captain, this position provides the right candidate with the opportunity to progress his or her yachting career.

Ultimately, the plan is to run the boat with three motivated crew, and, for the right team, there is potential for a couple's position with a mate/engineer.

As the first hybrid yacht to be launched by Nautor, this project presents interested candidates with an exciting time to be involved in a project with a lot of opportunities to grow and develop skills in a sector of the industry that is being quickly adopted.

For the interior position, the boat is seeking candidates with a passion for managing front-of-house operations, and who are happy to manage light cooking duties. Food requirements on board are simple and family style and no previous cooking experience is required, just a passion and interest in providing healthy meals.

Qualities desired:

• Previous sailing experience on larger yachts (22m+/72ft+)
• Comfortable helping on deck, assisting with lines, sailing maneuvers, & docking
• Experience with managing interiors
• An interest in cooking
