Seeking an experienced and motivated Mate to join an exciting new build hybrid performance cruiser.

This is a rare opportunity to become part of a program with accomplished and respectful owners who have previous experience working with crew and global cruising. Supported by an established Captain, this position provides the right candidate with the opportunity to progress his or her yachting career and be more than a chamois technician on board.

Ultimately, the plan is to run the boat with three motivated crew, and, for the right team, there is potential for a couple's position with an interior stew/cook role.

As the first hybrid yacht to be launched by Nautor, this project presents interested candidates with an exciting time to be involved in a project with a lot of opportunities to grow and develop skills in a sector of the industry that is being quickly adopted.

Qualities desired:

• Strong sailing background (min of 5 years experience on larger sailing yachts, 22m+/72ft+)
• Experience maintaining onboard systems
• Experience with hybrid systems
