Seeking a motivated and experienced Chief Stewardess to join a new build performance cruiser.

Supported by an established Captain, this exciting position provides the right candidate with the opportunity to progress their yachting career within a private program.

The boat plans to run with four full-time crew and will cruise the Mediterranean during her first year. As the Chief Stewardess, you will be responsible for managing all interior duties and collaborating with the cook/stew/deck who will assist with interior duties whilst guests are on board.

Qualities desired:

• Previous industry experience as a Sole or Chief Stewardess

• Previous experience managing other crew

• Self-motivated

• Team player

• Fluent English
