A well loved Swan 78 is looking for an experienced (min of 2 seasons) seasonal Chef to join three other crew for the Mediterranean season.

Position Details:

• A crew of four will manage all aspects of yacht operations.

• Ideal candidates will be flexible, team-oriented, and have strong culinary skills and versatility as well as experience with galley management and provisioning.

• Ability to cook underway is a bonus

• The Chef will share a cabin and head with the stewardess.

• The boat is private & charter with 3 guest cabins

• Ideal candidates will be Fluent in English (Italian or Spanish speaking is a bonus

• Previous sailing yacht experience preferred


Candidate requirements:

• Minimum of 2 seasons of experience as a Chef in a similar role (private and charter experience)

• Experience preparing high-quality meals for Owners, Guests, and Crew

• Valid STCW Certification

• Valid ENG1/Medical Certificate

• Food & Hygiene Level 2

• Valid Driving Licence
