Seeking an experienced and motivated Mate/Engineer to join a new build performance cruiser.

Supported by an established Captain, this position provides the right candidate with the opportunity to progress their yachting career within a private program. The boat plans to run with four full-time crew and will cruise the Mediterranean during her first year.

Qualities desired:

• Strong sailing background, including proven time sailing offshore

• Experience maintaining onboard systems

• Self-motivated

• Team player
