Join the crew of a well-maintained and privately used Swan 82 for an exciting Deckhand position cruising the US East Coast.
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Deckhand who’s eager to learn, contribute, and enjoy some fun, hands-on sailing.
This role is perfect for someone seeking an entry-level position with great people, plenty of time under sail, and the chance to grow their skills in a supportive environment.
What we’re looking for:
At least 2 years of prior sailing experience that includes time on larger sailing yachts
A positive, can-do attitude and strong teamwork mindset
A willingness to pitch in and make the most of every day on deck
