A recently launched Swan 78 seeks a skilled and committed sailing team to take the helm. This is a unique opportunity for an experienced, close-knit crew to become an integral part of a great program for an enthusiastic family.

Please note: This is a full-time position intended for crew with 3–5 years of experience in similar roles aboard sailing yachts of comparable size.

• Previous experience as sole stew on yachts of similar size
• Hospitality-focused with a strong attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills
• Enthusiasm for cooking and creative projects

• Experience assisting on deck with sailing procedures
