Seeking an experienced Mate/Engineer & Cook/Stew to join an exciting performance cruiser. This is a full-time position with plans to cruise the US East Coast and Caribbean. Future plans may also include exploring Canada.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced team to join Nautor's first hybrid yacht. A well-loved Swan 88, the yacht is owned by accomplished and respectful world cruisers who value professionalism, mutual respect, and a positive onboard culture, making this a highly desirable position for the right candidates.

Please note: a B1/B2 visa or legal right to work in the USA is mandatory for all candidates.

Qualities desired in the Mate/Engineer:

• Previous sailing experience as mate on similar-sized sailing yachts (22m+ / 72ft+)

• Proven experience/interest in engineering and systems maintenance

• Organised and detail oriented

Qualities desired in the Cook/Stew:

• A high attention to detail and understanding of yachting standards

• Excellent organisational skills

• Previous experience cooking on board and managing a galley

• An interest in preparing fresh and healthy meals

• Previous sailing experience on similar size performance sailing yachts is preferred
  

Qualities desired in the Team:

• Down to earth team players

• A minimum of 2 years experience working together on a yacht

• Fluent English speakers

• Vaild STCWs

• Valid ENG1s

• Current B1/B2 visas in hand or US Passport/Green Card holders
