We are looking for a versatile crew member to join a lovely Captain and Deckhand on a beautifully maintained Swan 90. The boat is privately used by owners who are passionate about sailing, and who enjoy simple, delicious Mediterranean cuisine—primarily fish and vegetarian options.

This position offers crew who are happy to manage the interior and cooking duties the opportunity to work in a relaxed yet professional environment, while cruising along stunning routes in Sardinia, Elba, Sicily, and returning to Costa Smeralda by the end of October.

Position Details:

• A crew of three will manage all aspects of yacht operations, including guest service, interior maintenance, and assisting occasionally on deck during maneuvers.

• Ideal candidates will be flexible, team-oriented, and capable of helping across departments as needed.

• The cook/stew will have their own cabin (male cook/steward may share with the deckhand).

• The boat is privately used with a maximum of 8 guests on board

• Ideal candidates will be Italian or conversant in the Italian language
