An established Swan 60 seeking an experienced sole Captain to join a worldwide cruising program. Previous experience as a captain and a general knowledge of engineering, maintenance, and troubleshooting are essential.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a Captain on boats of similar size, will be willing to take on all aspects of managing and looking after the boat, and will be happy on a long-term cruising program with no home port.

This is an adventurous program suited for a blue water sailor who is happy to explore locations off the beaten track.

Qualities Desired:
• Previous experience as Captain (min of 5 years)
• Previous experience on Swan sailing yachts
• Engineering and systems knowledge
• Demonstrated ability to plan passages and handle logistics
• Willing to take full charge of the yacht, including general cleaning and upkeep between cruises
