A new-build Swan 58, launching in 2025, seeks a sole captain to assist owners with the final stages of the build, commissioning, and the first year of navigation in the Mediterranean.

The ideal candidate will be Palma-based and will have previous experience as Captain of a Swan. The ideal candidate must be willing to take on all aspects of managing and looking after the boat.

Following the initial cruise South from Finland, the current plans for the yacht are to be based in Palma. 

Qualities Desired:

• Previous experience as Captain (min of 5 years)
• Previous experience on Swan sailing yachts
• Engineering and systems knowledge
• Demonstrated ability to plan passages and handle logistics
• Willing to take full charge of the yacht including general cleaning and upkeep between cruises
• Palma based
