Seeking an experienced Mate/Engineer & Chef/Stew team to join a lovely Captain on a privately sailed Swan 82.

This hands-on, versatile role suits experienced sailing yacht professionals who enjoy being part of a close-knit, collaborative team.

Ideal candidates will be confident in taking responsibility for their respective areas on board and will both have a minimum of three years experience in similar roles.

After an Atlantic crossing later this year, the yacht will spend the 2027 season cruising the Caribbean and US East Coast, offering an exciting opportunity for a sailing couple who enjoy an active cruising programme and a varied role within a professional yet personable environment.

This is an excellent position for crew with positive attitudes, strong work ethics and a willingness to contribute across all areas on board.

Ideal Mate/Engineer Candidates:

• Minimum 3 years’ previous yachting experience, including time on similar-sized yachts

• Previous engineering experience

• Strong maintenance and troubleshooting skills

• Dog-friendly

• Team-oriented, hands-on and adaptable

• Professional, organised and able to work independently

Ideal Cook/Stew Candidates:

• Minimum 3 years’ previous yachting experience

• Enthusiasm for food, travel, and creative projects

• Previous sailing and deck experience highly desirable

• Comfortable assisting with line handling, anchoring and tender operations
