Looking for an energetic and experienced Captain to fill a sole position on a privately used Swan 55. This position is a fantastic opportunity for a Captain seeking long-term, full-time employment with owners who have decades of experience and a passion for performance sailing.

Current cruising plans for the end of 2026 include winter in the Caribbean, followed by a Mediterranean season. The ideal candidate will have previous cruising experience in both regions and will be confident, capable, and passionate about maintaining and operating a high-performance sailing yacht to the highest standards.

Qualities Desired:

• Experience cruising in the Caribbean and Mediterranean

• Experience running similar-sized yachts

• Strong sailing background (regatta experience a plus)

• Experience maintaining onboard systems

• Comfort with being hands-on and troubleshooting

• Self-motivated, professional and discreet

• Willing to help out in all areas on board, including the interior, in a collaborative environment
