Seeking an experienced temporary Mate for a Swan 88. Monohull and guest experience essential. Newport, RI | Mid-August–Oct 1 | US work rights or B1/B2 required.

Seeking an experienced mate to fill a temporary position on a performance-built Swan 88 for end-of-summer cruising.

The successful candidate will have previous sailing experience on monohulls of similar size and be confident with powered winches, assisting with vessel operations, including flaking a slab reef main, and capable of overseeing general deck duties with a keen eye for detail.

Successful candidates will also have experience working with guests on board.

A strong work ethic, a proactive attitude, and the ability to live and work harmoniously in a small onboard environment are essential, as you will be joining two other crew members on board.

End date: Oct 1st
