Seeking an experienced Captain to join an exciting hybrid performance cruiser on rotation (2:2).

This is an exciting opportunity to become part of the program on Nautor's first hybrid yacht with accomplished and respectful owners who have global cruising experience.

You’ll be joining a well-established team, including a long-standing Captain who has worked with the owners for many years, and a strong Mate/Engineer and Cook/Stew duo.

This is an exciting position for experienced captains seeking a work-life balance in a light-use private program. 

A B1B2 visa or legal right to work in the USA is mandatory.

Qualities desired:

• Previous sailing experience as Captain on similar-sized yachts (22m+ / 72ft+)
• Experience managing other crew
• Willingness to help with light interior responsibilities
• Team player
• Fluent English
• B1/B2 in hand or US Passport/Green Card

As the Rotation Captain, you can expect:

• A 2:2 rotation program
