A beautifully maintained Swan 80 is seeking an experienced Captain & Chef couple to take the helm of an exciting and well-balanced program that combines light private use, select charters, and annual regatta participation.

The ideal candidates will have proven experience running a sailing yacht of similar size and caliber together as Captain & Chef and will genuinely enjoy operating a vessel of this scale. A positive, professional, and hands-on approach is key, along with a shared passion for both performance sailing and exceptional guest service.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated, established team to join a program that offers a dynamic mix of private cruising, charter enjoyment, and spirited regatta sailing within a supportive ownership environment.

Qualities desired in the team:

• Down-to-earth and positive personalities

• Strong sailing backgrounds on similar-sized vessels

• Previous charter experience

Additional qualities desired in the Captain:

• Yachtmaster Qualification - min Offshore

• Engineering experience and a hands-on approach to systems maintenance

• Proven ability to troubleshoot

• Previous experience as Captain/Engineer on similar-sized boats & ocean crossings

Additional qualities desired in the Chef:

• Enthusiasm for food, travel, and creative projects

• Strong sailing background, a yachtmaster in hand would be amazing
