⛵️POSITION FILLED⛵️

A beautifully maintained and well-loved Swan 80 is seeking a motivated female Deck/Stew to join an experienced Captain/Cook team in Europe in preparation for a busy Caribbean season.

This stunning yacht operates both privately and for charter, and is looking for that magic combination of strong deck skills and professional, friendly service. Ideal candidates will have prior sailing experience on similarly sized monohulls.

This is an exciting position for a Deck/Stew who takes pride in her work and is passionate about sailing. 


Requirements:

  • Sailing experience
  • STCW
  • ENG1
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Great attention to detail & service
  • Team player


Cruising Area:

  • Caribbean, New England & Mediterranean

  • Mid-End of September 2025
