A recently launched Swan 78 seeks a strong sailing team to take command. For a dedicated and established team, this program offers excitement and the opportunity to explore and grow with an enthusiastic and genuine family who want the crew to be a valuable part of their journey.

Immediate cruising plans include the US East Coast. Long-term plans include dual-season use in the Mediterranean and Caribbean with a mix of private sailing and light charters. Expectations are to explore different parts of each region from season to season and go beyond the standard destinations.

The core positions on board are for a Captain and Cook/Stew team who will care for the yacht as a team of two when sailing in private mode. As a result, a team who both have previous experience on sailing yachts of similar size are desired.

When sailing in charter mode, a third crew member can be brought on board to round out crew skills and abilities and provide a high level of service and safety for charter clientele.
